1) What is Cash back?

Buying and selling of Used Magic related products such as tricks, books and DVDs.

2) Why sell to us?

We offer an alternative to selling via the classified adverts in newspapers or over the Internet. Selling to us is hassle free and less time consuming.

The advantage is the immediacy of the process, as instant cash is paid once the price has been agreed.

3) What we do not buy?

We DO NOT buy fake or pirated products and from non members.

4) Do you pay cash?

Yes, we will pay you cash on the spot once the price has been agreed upon.

5) Why we can't provide price estimation of the item over the phone or email?

As there are so many products in the market, we need to look at the product in its actual state to give a fair price estimate.

6) What happens to the products that you bought from me?

The products that we have bought from you will be put back into the "Used Product" section.

7) What are the various ways to sell my magic products?

There are 3 ways.

a) Store Credit: Pass the product to us. We help you to sell. You get 80% of the selling price as store credit.

b) Store Cash: Pass the product to us. We help you to sell. You get 60% of the selling price as store cash.

c) Cash Back: Bring the product to us. We give you a price. If you agree on the price, cash is given immediately.

8) What is the difference between Cash Back and the current "Used Product" category?

"CashBack" is meant for members who want money immediately after the price is agreed on in the store. There is no waiting period.

In the "Used Product", you have an option of either the "Store Credits" or "Store Cash". Both are only available after the product is sold.

In summary, if you feel the price is right and want cash immediately, Cash Back is highly recommended. Otherwise, if time is not a factor and you want to sell at a higher price, Store Credit or Store Cash is preferred.

9) I am still confused. What happen if I have more questions about Cash Back?
