Magic Castle wants you to be happy.
- If your product is damaged, defective or missing components, please return it to us within 7 days (local Singapore) of purchase for exchange of the same product or store credit.
- Playing cards and DVDs must be returned with shrink wrap fully intact. Faulty DVDs will be replaced with a working version.
- Unless the product is faulty, you must pay shipping on returned items. If required, we will reimburse the shipping on faulty items so long as we approve the cost of the shipping before you send it. Only SingPost Track Package qualifies for reimbursement.
- All products must be returned, intact, complete with packaging. We refuse the right to reserve the return of products that have been damaged in transit, or where the package has been damaged (including having shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging).
- Products that come with a media (books, instructional booklets, DVDs, CDs, downloads, etc) cannnot be returned for store credit.
Please be very careful in selecting your products from our store. A valuable part of our product is the secret. Once the secret has been learned, full value has been received. If you are unsure of the product, please enquire from our friendly staff.
