Shipping policy

Self-Collection

All orders placed online will be for self-collection at our physical store by default. If your order is readily available, we will let you know and you can pick them up any time during our store hours. 

In the event that we do not have local stock, as popular or rare magic products can sell out fast, we will immediately place orders with our overseas partners to have the items shipped to us, and contact you once we receive them. You will not be charged the international shipping cost. 

All self-collections will be from our shop at 150 Orchard Road, #04-35, Orchard Plaza, Singapore 228841.

Delivery in Singapore

If you prefer to have your order delivered to your Singapore address, we adopt a flat delivery fee of SGD$10 per location.

Delivery to Other Countries

As we’re a Singapore-based magic shop, for customers in other countries, we will require you to pay an additional shipping fee for international delivery from Singapore to your location.  Our default shipping method is via SingPost, Singapore’s national postal service provider.  We will contact you to advise you of additional shipping charges and shipment period before confirming your orders.  We also welcome you to contact us before placing your orders.
